Autumn Quilt earrings

Product Description: Decorated in the Ukrainian pysanka style, this charming set of earrings features the traditional symbols of stars, ladders, and crosses. This is one of my most enduring designs. The bright reds and golds against the white background make me happy.

The shell pieces are about 1 inch square (about the size of a nickel) and are suspended from hammered sterling silver beaded earwires on a loose link so they will turn and swing as you move your head. The earrings hang down about 1-1/2 inches from your ear.

The sides are smooth, the edges lightly beveled. The gently pebbled surface and the natural curve of the ostrich egg shell emphasizes the organic look of this handmade set.
